Here’s what I did:

I used the power of self-assigned projects to my advantage.

One spring, I committed to solely capturing self-portrait photos at the beach for an entire month.

Then a few months later, I spent all of August focusing strictly on video at sunrise.

These constraints fueled my creativity like never before.

I used strict rules and timeframes to focus my creativity towards one common goal.

The result?

I created some of my favorite photos and videos ever.

And even better - this is when I experienced the most growth on my Instagram.

Once I committed to these awesome personal projects and consistent creating - staying on top of my organization and planning was a whole new challenge.

Now, I can create weeks of scheduled, well-thought-out content, perfectly aligned with my goals.
